Los Cuatro Soles is more than a Mexican restaurant. It is a family story. The Jiménez Sánchez family has carried the flavors of Mexico through generations, with seven family members involved in the kitchen and restaurant. The roots of the food come from childhood memories, from watching the grandmothers cook by the fire, learning the patience, care, and respect that traditional Mexican cooking requires. As older siblings, there was always a responsibility to move forward and support the family. Ángel learned to cook for his sisters, and over time that responsibility became passion, skill, and tradition. Today, that history lives in every tortilla, every guisado, every mole, and every dish served at Los Cuatro Soles.
